MyCleaning Awards Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

If a sponsor fails to make any payment due to the MyCleaning Awards under this Agreement by the due date for payment, the sponsor shall pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above The Bank of England’s base rate from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment of the overdue amount.
 
Should the MyCleaning Awards be prevented from running as an event due to circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to act of god, war, government intervention, strikes, national or local disasters, GV Healthcare will only be liable for the amount paid by the sponsor in respect of the forum.
 
Cancellations must be made in writing, cancellations made before the 14th January will incur a 50% administration charge, cancellations after this date will be charged at full rate.
 
While each sponsor will be mentioned in press releases relating to the sponsorship of a specific award and every endeavour will be made to ensure your sponsorship is mentioned, GV Healthcare can only submit press releases to media outlets with no power to determine the output thereafter. GV Healthcare have no control what media publications choose to include in their final press and media output.
 
Sponsors must give 4 weeks notice prior to the event of who is attending on behalf of your company/brand.
 
Names and logos must be supplied by the sponsor and are the responsibility of the sponsor. GV Healthcare will not be held responsible for any use of the wrong sponsor name or logo - amendments may incur a charge if necessary.
 
Logos must be supplied as a high-res PNG with transparent background.
 
Sponsorship opportunities available on a first come, first served basis.
 
Sponsors from 2023/24 have the option to re-secure their place until July 5th 2024 - after this date, the sponsorship opportunity will be opened up to new sponsors.
